Price

No Filter Matte Foundation $12 USD

(You get 25mL / 0.85 fl oz. This is a little less than most standard foundations)

Packaging

It comes in a glass bottle with a plastic pump. You can lock the pump so it can’t be pushed down to release product when it’s not wanted eg travelling. The foundation didn’t come with a cap (I wish it did). It pumps out a sufficient amount of product in my opinion but definitely not enough for your whole face (I use about 4 pumps).

Application

I used my Real Techniques sponge to apply this foundation and it works great!! It is easy to apply and doesn’t dry too fast. There is a scent to it (sort of like sunscreen and chemicals mixed together). On my skin (oily to combination) I would say it is semi matte. I would definitely agree with it being a buildable full coverage. I do like this foundation but only if I am wearing it for a short amount of time. I found that on some days I tried it, it settled into my lines in my forehead and nose and other days it was perfect! I tested it out at work on a 4 hour shift and it lasted well. I don’t think it would last much longer than that to be honest. It is quite a light consistency and a little bit liquidy.

I got the shade Fair 25 and it is perfect

Loose Setting Powder

Price

Loose Setting Powder $9 USD

(You get 8.5g / 0.30 oz)

Packaging

It comes in a plastic tub and it is easy to get product out. When my order arrived I was very shocked to see how tiny the tub was. It is so tiny!! Also the lid feels like a tacky plastic.

Application

I love this loose setting powder!! It works really well setting my t-zone and under eyes. It is finely milled and is super smooth when you rub it between your fingers. Would highly recommend (maybe buy 2 so you don’t run out as fast).

I got the shade Translucent

Sheer Pressed Powder

Price

Sheer Pressed Powder $9 USD

(You get 5.50g / 0.19 oz)

Packaging

It is the same packaging as the pressed highlighters. It is a plastic compact with a mirror (it is a pretty decent sized mirror too might I add).

Application

It is sheer so it definitely does not add any coverage. It does a good job at setting the rest of my face makeup and making it that little bit more matte which I love. Would recommend this powder to you all!

I got the shade light

  1. I really want to try the loose setting powder! I recently picked up the foundation and I wasn’t completely awed by it, I found it harder to blend than my other foundations :S The shade range and packaging are awesome though. Great review!
